Hi Everyone. I spent the weekend in Michigan with grandpa and Aunt Karen. The kids did their usual: reading, Gameboy, etc. They are both antisocial! It was nice to visit, but I really hate the long drive! Kayleigh finished the new Harry Potter book on the way home. It took her 5 days to read it. She's pretty proud of herself. Erik is officially off of active duty for the time being. He has to actually do some work now. Poor baby! The kids get registered for school next week. They are excited. Kayleigh to see her schedule, and Harrison is dying to know who his teacher is. It's hard to believe she will be in 8th grade and he will be in 3rd. Really makes me feel old!
