I got it right this time! Here is a picture of the yummy cake. This is made from the recipe Erik's mother gave him. I still don't have the right springform pan, but I just used less of the batter and put the rest in a regular cake pan, which we used to sample and make sure it was good. It is really good! Joachim sent me a recipe for the Black Forest Cake, but I can't really make it with the German recipe because I can't get the prepackaged items. I can buy one at a bakery in Springfield, though and I have done that before. :o)
